Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from clients, providing them with the information they need about our services.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments with clients who have shown interest in our benefits.
- Consultation: Present and explain our insurance products and benefits packages through Zoom video calls, offering personalized, expert advice.
- Application Completion: Assist clients in completing applications for various insurance products.
- Continuous Growth: Participate in ongoing training sessions (optional) to further develop your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are a must for effectively engaging with clients and explaining complex products in a simple manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills to navigate Zoom and other tools for virtual calls and documentation.
- Work Ethic: A strong commitment to meeting goals, delivering high-quality service, and working independently.
- Positive Energy: Outgoing, energetic, and fun with a positive attitude—someone who enjoys engaging with people.
- Time Management: Ability to manage your time effectively and maintain a balance between work and personal life.
- Leadership Experience (Preferred): If you have prior leadership or management experience, there’s room to grow within the company.
